Job Summary:
Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
Relationships:
Direct Report: Quality System Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- QHSE Responsibility: Comply with Schlumberger QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; Commit to QHSE target year by year with his / her specific QHSE responsibility on site
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment
- Analyze reports and returned products and recommends corrective actions.
- Prepare documentation for inspection and testing procedures
Previous Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor degree and above in Manufacturing or Engineering
- Working knowledge of inspection methods in the design, fabrication and production of electronic equipment
