Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA). The company covers an area of 64,598 square meters. It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, mobile control and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application.
Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. As one of Bosch Rexroth's most important manufacturing bases in China, Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. has been making great contribution to the fast paced development of China's manufacturing industry.
Job Summary:
- Fully support the achievement of Quality Improve Target and manage special projects;
- Lead the quality improve group and be responsible for product quality improvement .
Job Responsibilities in details:
- Supervise the product quality group for hydraulic products
- Develop product quality together with Manufacturing Department and other related departments(LOG/ENG/PUQ/SVC etc.)
- Plan, carry out and manage the overall quality tasks of product quality Team
- Lead and coordinate customer claim related topics
- Work together with quality Department of Lead plant in Germany for quality communication and improvement.
- manage and deal with serious quality problems
- Support quality table meeting of SVC for customer claims
- Organize Q-Gemba meeting for customer claim and follow up
- Prepare material for and join quality related meetings such as quality Assurance Seminar etc.
- Responsible the quality task force to impove the key customer/products quality.
- Responsible for the Quality projects coordination inside/outside of PkP.
- Assume the other quality work which the HoD assigned.
Qualifications
- University degree in mechanical engineering or related
- Minimum 5 years work experience in quality management, preferably automotive industry
- Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, root cause and risk analysis, ISO9001, SPC，etc.
- Professional experience with mechanical engineering products, preferably hydraulic products
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- High level of spoken and written English, German desirable
