北京奔驰汽车有限公司(简称北京奔驰)成立于2005年8月8日，是北京汽车股份有限公司与戴姆勒股份公司、戴姆勒大中华区投资有限公司共同投资，集研发、发动机与整车生产、销售和售后服务为一体的中德合资企业。
岗位工作职责:
1. 对新零件和零件的变更进行放行(自制冲压件) ；
Give quality release for the new products and changes on in-house press parts;
2. 对冲压车间进行过程审核，参与自制冲压件模具的预验收；
Conduct process audits at press shop and participate the pre-buyoff for the in-house part dies which requires travels to suppliers;
3. 组织相关部门参加零件尺寸评审会并准备相关报告；
Organize dimension assessment meeting and prepare relevant reports;
4. 进行零件外观检查，封样件并准备相关报告；
Conduct part surface checking, define sample parts and prepare relevant report;
5. 监控项目节点，分析潜在风险并协调相关改进；
Monitor the project milestones, analyze potential risk and coordinate for the improvement;
6. 需要使用SQMS质量放行系统并定期维护更新零件状态;
Work on SQMS system and updated parts status regularly;
7. 向管理层汇报零件质量状态。
Report part quality status to management when necessary.
任职资格:
1. 汽车工程专业或机械工程专业硕士或学士；
Master or bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
2. 3年或以上主机厂或零件制造商供应商管理或冲压模具经验；
Well experienced in supplier quality management or dies of press parts in Automotive Tier-1 or OEM Environment at least for 3 years;
3. 熟悉质量管理体系和工具(VDA/TS 16949)；
Well experience in Quality Management area, familiar with quality management tools/system (VDA/TS 16949);
4. 熟悉外板件的外观和尺寸评审方法；
Familiar with surface and dimension assessment of outer panel;
5. 熟悉白车身零件质量问题分析；
Good technical background of BIW parts;
6. 善于沟通和团队合作 High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
7. 熟练使用微软办公软件系统例如excel, word 和 Power point；
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with special focus on excel, word and Power point;
8. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good English skills in written & oral.
