恩耐激光技术(上海)有限公司是美国nLight Photonics Corporation 在上海市张江高科技园区投资设立的纳斯达克上市独资上市公司。主要从事开发、生产和销售高功率半导体激光器并为中国客户提供售后服务。公司在园区内集成电路产业区拥有5000平方米的厂房。
Job description:
-Lead nLIGHT’s Zero Escaping Defect (ZED) Program, developing suppliers’ performance in support of a dock-to-stock philoSOPhy
-Work closely with nLIGHT Development Engineers to ensure part designs are within suppliers’ capabilities and leverage their strengths
-Drive timely and complete resolution of significant quality excursions by preferred suppliers, identifying ‘how caused’ and ‘how escaped’ in reactive Supplier Improvement Plans
- Ensure accurate supplier quality data collection, analysis and reporting. Use these to identify improvement opportunities and drive proactive Supplier Improvement Plans
- Audit suppliers as required – new supplier assessment and periodic assessment of existing suppliers
- Provide data-driven input to the nomination of Preferred Suppliers
- Identify and implement mitigation plans for Strategic Suppliers
Qualification:
Education Background:
- Master degree in Chemical, Mechanical, electrical, Physics, or similar Training:
- Certified Quality Engineering or Assurance (CQE, CQA), Six Sigma Green belt and above, LEAN certified
Working Experience:
- > 10 years of experience in quality (at least 3 years in supplier quality management)
- Intercultural Experience
- Various company culture or have working experience in JV of the international company
- Experience working in high technology semiconductor manufacturing
- Experience in metal parts machining preferred
Skill:
- Good knowledge of quality system standards ISO9000, IATF16949;
- Supplier audit experience in ISO9001 or IATF16949 and certified leader auditor is a plus.
- Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA etc.
- Action oriented – high energy level and understands need for speed, critical thinking and agility in accomplishing tasks within areas of responsibility
- Strong problem solving and statistical analysis skills, skilled & experienced in Is/Is not, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, DOE, etc.
- Drive for Results- consistently hits goals and objectives set while focusing on driving towards stretch goals
- Strong situational leadership skills with ability to influence and leads cross functional global teams.
- Demonstrate critical thinking to take appropriate risk and make sound and timely decisions
- Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Skilled and experienced in SW and enterprise systems to support Sourcing and Engineering functions including: ERP (AX based preferable), PDM, Solid Works, Visio, MS Office
