Position: Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Beijing
Attention: We will offer relocation fee to non-Beijing candidates and outstanding candidate would be principal position even above.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and improve Quality Management System for BJ plant.
- Drive Production performance indices periodically and co-work out effective improvement plan with production and quality partner if needed to drive quality, productivity, cost, cycle time and delivery performance bottom line.
- Lead and organize internal audits.
- Optimize quality management system, define and improve quality weaknesses.
- Manage input on operation quality, cost, delivery and cycle time instead of output control including Drive SPC methodology implementation and development in Qorvo BJ.
- Measuring tools management and calibration.
- Develop & drive all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to process scope to get process optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop & drive process management system to fully support customer requirement (internal & external) and new product / process introduction or transfer activities when needed.
- Introduce and drive to spread new process or quality improvement methodology thru internal & external communication with US corp. and business partner to keep process technical competence in the business.
- To implement other tasks assigned by director and support other necessary project in department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above and Engineering related majors.
- Min 10 years in mix of Quality, production and process engineering experience.
- Familiar with semiconductor industry standard and semiconductor manufacturing environment and processes (Assembly, Test, TnR)
- Familiar with various surface mount technology packaging and defect criteria.
- Familiar in statistical control (SPC) and improvement techniques.
- Strong Coordination, Communication Skill, Good project management skills and leadership abilities.
- Familiar with statistical skills, sampling plan and lean manufacturing.
- Familiar and demonstrated proven results in 6-Sigma projects.
- Able to work independently.
- Both Chinese and English are fluently.
