1997年，唐纳森(无锡)过滤器有限公司正式成立，作为唐纳森公司在亚洲的主要生产基地之一。唐纳森目前共有四个工厂，分别是IFS(工业过滤系统)、Engine(发动机过滤器)、Disk Drive(磁盘驱动过滤器)、Membrane(薄膜滤材)。
工作职责：
Safety assurance for inspectors operation.
Quality management systems maintain development & implementation.
Drive product quality improvements & execution.
Supplier management control & improvements.
Problem solving, customer complaint management and improvements.
To be coordinator with cross function department for continuous improvements.
Cope with customer audit, customer visit and actions follow up.
Lead internal audit and management review period.
Leading quality engineers and inspectors to achieve defined KPIs.
Cost reduction projects related to quality improvement, scrap rate down.
Responsible for submit PPAP for customer approval.
CAT SQEP certification, SPM management
APD team member
Education Qualification:
· Bachelor degree at least
Technical Competence & Skills:
· Well quality Management knowledge on ISO9001/IATF16949
· Familiar with APAP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
· 6-Sigma (GB/BB is prefer)
Leadership Competence:
· Teamwork
· Communication skills
Relevant Experience:
· At least 5 years working experience on Quality Overall Management

· Good oral and written English
