苏州通富超威半导体有限公司(TF-AMD)公司位于中国苏州工业园区苏桐路88号，由通富微电子股份有限公司(通富微电)作为控股股东与美国超威半导体(AMD), 中国集成电路产业投资基金 共同合资成立。公司主要从事高端处理器芯片封装测试业务，满足从处理器半成品切割、组装、测试、打标、封装的五大CPU后期制造流程，同时具备对中央处理器(CPU)、图形处理器(GPU)以及加速处理器(APU)进行封装和测试能力，拥有目前国内前三的封测实力。

工作职责：

1.  Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve Section goals and objectives.
2.  Lead and resolve supplier technical or systemic issues resulting in quality issues by identifying the root cause and implementing countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
3.  Host MRB meeting, manage supplier effectiveness CAR (8D) and follow up on the corrective actions closure.
4.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to improve quality, manufacturing efficiencies to add value into our products.
5.  Host monthly quality meeting with focus suppliers, review quality data and improvement actions.
6.  Work out yearly audit plan of suppliers and organize supplier performance audit, process verification and audit effectiveness of corrective and preventive action
7.  Manage the Hazardous substance free of supplier.
8.  Manage the suppliers’ process change and follow up the internal evaluation.
9.  Manage IQC staff and keep up optimizing inspection method and improving productivity.
10.  Provide guidance and training on the use of quality tools such as: control plans, 8D, FMEA, SPC, process capability, and quality measurement systems as required
11.  Feedback supplier’s quality performance to Purchasing for supplier scorecard / rating.
12.  Others activities assigned by supervISOr or above.

应聘要求：

1.  Good knowledge at ISO 9001, IATF16949 ,QC080000 VDA6.3/VDA6.5, and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP etc.
2.  Experienced to conduct and host various supplier audits.
3.  Good understanding of manufacture process and quality control on IC assembly direct material.
4.  Effective management and leadership skills.
5.  Good inter-personal and communication skills.
6.  Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
7.  Able to coach subordinator for performance excellence
8.   Automotive process approach, and risk-based thinking.
9. Skillful to use MS Office
10. 8~12years’ work experience in Supplier Quality Management including 5~8 years’ relevant expertise experience in a high paced environment
11. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin
