欧盟发布法规(EU) 2020/2096，修订REACH法规附件XVII

2020年12月16日，欧盟发布法规(EU) 2020/2096，修订Reach法规附件XVII。修订的部分内容如下：

删除条目22(五氯苯酚)、67(十溴联苯醚)、68(全氟辛酸)，因为这些物质现受持久性有机污染物的法规(EU) 2019/1021的监管。

在条目28-30种添加CMR 1A或1B类物质，以符合CLP法规。添加的物质包括钴、三种多环芳烃(PAHs)和邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DIHP)。

删除条目46(壬基酚)的CAS和EC编号。
