Process audit: the activity used to check if the products' realization process and mass production process can
meet the product quality requirements or not, the process is under control or not, the ability of the process.

产品审核 Product Audit
1.0目的Purpose
建立产品审核规范，为持续改善提供证据。
Establish a work instruction to let us know how to make the product audit and provide the evidence for continuous
improvement.
2.0适用范围Scope
适用于对待出货产品的审核。
Applicable for the product audit.
3.0定义Definition
3.1产品审核: 通过抽样检验和可靠性试验，了解和验证待出货的产品是否符合图纸要求和客户要求，分析和发现系
统缺陷、重点缺陷及较长时期的质量趋势范围，为持续改进提供依据;
Product audit: the activity to check by sampling inspection and reliability test if the products which will be sent
to customer can meet the requirementsfrom customer/according to drawings or not, analyse and detect
system defects, critical defects and quality trend of a long time, finally provide the evidence for continuous
improvement;
3.2 质量特征值：在产品审核中将缺陷理解为未满足规定要求的项目的数值。
QKZ：Qualitätwertzahlen in German, the value used to understand defects that do not meet specified
requirements during product audit.
