2022 年 2 月 11 日，EAEC 发布第 23 号决定，关于批准进口到 EAEU 并需符合TR EAEU 048/2019的能源消耗设备清单。
第 23 号决定于 2022 年 3 月 13 日生效。该清单包括 18 组产品，每组都标明了 EAEU HS code。有些产品强制申请CoC；有些产品可申请DoC，详细请参考以下连结:

EAEU TR 048/2019 原定于 2022 年 9 月 1 日生效，但考虑到完成技术法规实施所需文件的协调和批准需要大量时间，并且缺乏实施 TR EAEU 048/2019 要求的基础设施基础 (测试实验室、参考样品等)，EAEU TR 048/2019有可能再度延期到2023 年 9 月 1 日。目前该延期的草案正在收集意见中。
On Feb. 11th, 2022, the EAEC Decision No. 23 (dated Feb. 8th, 2022) on approval of the list of energy-consuming devices, the import of which to the EAEU is under compliance with TRs, was published.
Decision No. 23 comes into force on Mar. 13th, 2022.
The list includes 18 items, the EAEU HS code is indicated for each group.
There are two types of conformity assessment: mandatory certification of conformity and mandatory declaration of conformity, according to the norms of the EAEU TR 048/2019 "On requirements
for energy efficiency of energy-consuming devices".

EAEU TR 048/2019 is planned to come into force on Sep. 1st, 2022. However, considering the significant time required to complete the coordination and approval of the requisite documentation for implementation of the technical regulation, and lack of lack of infrastructure base (testing laboratories, reference samples, etc.), the coming-into-force date for EAEU TR 048/2019 may be postponed from 1 September 2022 to 1 September 2023. Currently the draft decision is collecting public comments.
