2022 年 3 月 30 日，巴西国家计量、标准化和工业质量研究所 (INMETRO/CONMETRO) 发布了第121号协议，批准家用洗衣机的合格评定要求。
本协议于 2022 年 5 月 2 日生效。
On 30 March 2022, the Brazil National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality (INMETRO/CONMETRO) published Portaria No. 121 to approve the conformity assessment requirements for household washing machines.
The conformity assessment requirements and the specifications for the Conformity Identification Seal, in the form of the National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE), are established, respectively, in Annexes I and II.
This Regulation applies to household washing machines of the following types:
automatic household washing machines with a top opening (top load);
automatic domestic washing machines with front load;
automatic domestic washing machines and tumble dryers with top load;
semi-automatic domestic washing machines;
automatic washer-dryers with front load;
Industrial or commercial washing machines are excluded from this Regulation.
According to Article 12, manufacturers and importers are accorded a period of 12 months from the effective date of this Portaria to adapt to the provisions of Article 7, as well as to the layout of the Compliance Identification Seal, as established in Annex II.
This Portaria will enter into force on 2 May 2022.
