马来西亚 2022 年电子烟设备的商品说明 (认证和标记) 令已于 2022 年 4 月 5 日在宪报刊登。本地制造或进口的电子烟装置应在 2022 年 8 月 3 日之前符合商品说明。所有电子烟设备都必须根据 MS 2716:2019 进行测试和认证，其中包括电气、机械、化学、无线连接 (如适用)、EMC 和功能测试。经认证的电子烟装置必须贴上 SIRIM MS 标志，方可销售和提供给市场。
According to The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affair (KPDNHEP) of Malaysia, the Trade Description (Certification and Marking) of Electronic Cigarette Devices (vape device) Order 2022 was gazetted on April 5, 2022 under the Trade Description Act 2011.
Locally manufactured or imported e-cigarette device shall comply with the Trade Descriptions by August 3, 2022.
All e-cigarette devices must be tested and certified according to MS 2716:2019 which includes tests of electrical, mechanical, chemical, wireless connectivity (if applicable), EMC and functional.
The certified e-cigarette device shall be labelled with SIRIM MS mark before it can be sold and offered to the market.
