2022 年 6 月 14 日，欧亚经济委员会发布第 90 号决定，关于修订关于低压设备安全 (LVE) 技术法规的第 768 号决定，扩大了技术规则不适用的设备列表。该决定将于 2022 年 12 月 11 日生效。
On 10 May 2022, the Chilean Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels (SEC) published Draft Protocol PE No. 1/38:2022 establishing the safety certification procedure for external battery chargers and/or batteries for household and similar purposes.
Products in scope, indicated below, must be tested for compliance with IEC 60335-2-29:2019-03 Ed. 5.1 Part 2-29 Particular requirements for battery chargers and IEC 60335-1:2016-05 Ed.5.2 (IEC 60335-1:2010+AMD1:2013+AMD2:2016) Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 1: General requirements.
The Draft applies to the following products:
the external battery and/or battery chargers up to 9VDC (AA, AAA, AAAA, C, D, N, 9V and their equivalent designations);
the external battery and/or battery chargers up to 24 VDC and 50 VA to be used in toys for unsupervised children of at least eight years of age (Annex AA);
the external battery chargers for electric cycles (unicycles, bicycles, tricycles, motorbikes, scooters, scooters, bicycles, tricycles, motorbikes, scooters, wheelchairs), with an output voltage not exceeding 250 V DC without a ripple and an output current not exceeding 20 A;
Chargers for the above batteries and/or cells that are sold separately as an accessory or spare part, or when sold together with toys and electric cycles;
Any external battery and/or battery chargers which are placed on the market without a specific purpose, but which are used for toys and electric cycles;
In addition, regardless of the certification system applied to obtain the Certificate of Approval for the product, the Certification Body will verify that the product has the following information:
Marking in accordance with Clause 7 of TABLE A of this protocol
Month/year of manufacture of the product and/or serial number, or other means of traceability, which shall be marked on the body of the product and recorded on the Certificate of Approval
Country of manufacture of the product
Certification Marking (SEC Seal), in accordance with R.E. N°2142, 2012.
The draft also contains information on the analysis/testing and certification systems that must be observed.
