按照 IAF MD5：2023 的 3.9 The reduction of audit time of management systems shall not exceed 30% of the times established from Tables QMS 1, EMS 1, or OH&SMS 1，首次取证审核（1阶段+2阶段）的最少人日为：=8天*70%=5.6天，四舍五入增加半天，即为 6天。

按照 IAF MD5：2023 的 6. RECERTIFICATION 的内容，The audit time for the recertification audit should be calculated on the basis of the updated information of the client and is normally approximately 2/3 of the audit time that would be required for an initial certification audit(Stage 1+Stage 2)of the organization if such an initial audit were to be carried out at the time of recertification.
由于首次取证审核为 6人日，那么3年后换证审核所需最少人日为：=6天*2/3=4天。
（CNAS-CC105：2020 的条款 6中，规定了再认证审核时间约为该初次审核所需时间的 2/3；国家认证委发布的《质量管理体系认证规则》的条款 6.2 规定了 QMS 内外部环境无重大变更时，再认证审核可省略第一阶段审核，但审核时间应不少于按 4.2.1 条计算人数的 2/3，而 4.2.1.1 中规定在特殊情况下，可以减少审核时间，但减少的时间不得超过附录 A 所规定的审核时间的 30%。我认为与 IAF 的要求也是一致的）
