为了全面提高供给侧人才队伍质量，满足行业发展需要， CCAA 启动了“CCAA 人才发展计划”。该
计划是 CCAA 为认证和其他行业相关机构和从业者提供的能力评价增值服务。 内部体系审核员（简称内
审员） 评价项目是其中一项针对组织管理体系内部审核人员员能力进行评价的自愿性制度。旨在帮助组
织培养符合其发展需要的内审员。通过建立一致性的能力培养验证模式和培训考核方式，确保经过评价
取得证书的人员具备相应内审能力。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of the talent pool in the supply side and meet the needs of
industry development, CCAA has launched the "CCAA Talent Development Program." This program provides
assessment and value-added services for certification and other industry-related institutions and practitioners. As
one part of it, the Internal Auditor Evaluation Project is a system for evaluating the internal auditing capabilities of
Internal Auditors within organizations. It aims to help organizations cultivate Internal Auditors who meet their
development needs. By establishing a consistent model for verifying competence development and training
assessments, it ensures that individuals who have obtained certification through evaluation possess have
corresponding internal auditing capabilities. |
