Standard clause标准条款8.6.4 Verification and acceptance of conformity of externally provided products and services
外部提供的产品和服务符合性的验证和接受Requirement需求组织应有一个过程来确保外部提供的过程、产品和服务的质量，可采用以下一种或多种方法：a) 接收并评价组织供应商提供的统计数据；b) 接收检验和/或试验，例如基于绩效的抽样检查；c) 结合可接受的已交付产品对要求的符合性的记录，由第二方或第三方机构对供应商现场进行评估或 审核；d) 指定实验室的零件评价；e) 顾客同意的其它方法。
Statement of nonconformity不符合声明外部提供产品的验证过程不是有效的。Verification on conformity of externally provided products was not effective. Objective evidence客观证据抽查2024年11月9日Bottom housing 的进货检验报告，就尺寸30.3mm, 检测控制计划及检验报告要求公差带为+/-, 然而，产品图纸SFF_GH01_11 Rev. 4中对该尺寸的公差要求却是+/-0.15, 而在实际的8个检验数据中有2个分别为30.47, 30.48, 超出了图纸的要求，结论却判为合格。Sampled incoming inspection report for bottom housing dated Nov. 9, 2024, as to dimension 30.3mm, its tolerance was defined to be +/-0.2 on the relevant inspection report and measuring report, however, the tolerance of this dimension on the product drawing SFF_GH01_11 Rev. 4 was +/-0.15, and moreover 2 of the 8 measurands were 30.47, and 30.48 respectively, which was out of specified range but judged conforming.
