Cause of Nonconformity (shall include problem solving method such as 5-Why, fault tree analysis, fishbone diagram, etc.): 不符合原因（应包括问题解决方法如5个为什么，故障树分析，鱼骨图等）:
>1、为什么激光粒度分析仪FPZ003的报告没有CNAS的认可标志？why FPZ 003 calibration report without CNAS accreditation logo
因为这家校准机构对于激光粒度分析仪没有的CNAS的授权，due to this lab has no authorized from CNAS for laser particle meter
>2.为什么这家机构对于激光粒度分析仪没有的CNAS的授权，why no authorization from CNAS
因为没有去查证校准机构对于激光粒度仪是否得到CNAS的授权。Due to not verify the calibration lab if authorized by CNAS

因为在PZ-WI-019《检测设施管理程序》中1.3.b中外校定义中没有明确规定校准机构针对每一件仪器都需要CNAS的认证的资格 due to procedure PZ-WI-019 < measuring equipment control procedure> 1.3.b did not define all calibration lab should be authorized by CNAS
Root cause:
在PZ-WI-019《检测设施管理程序》中1.3.b中外校定义中没有明确规定校准机构针对每一件仪器的校准都需要CNAS机构的认证许可。due to procedure PZ-WI-019 < measuring equipment control procedure> 1.3.b did not define all calibration lab should be authorized by CNAS
Action to Eliminate/Prevent Cause采取措施消除/防止原因再发生 (shall address systemic cause and consider the impact to other similar product and processes):（应描述系统原因和考虑对其他相似产品和过程的影响）
>1.修改PZ-WI-019《检测设施管理程序》
